APS Group delivered a multi-stage pump control and transfer system to support large-scale dewatering operations. The solution incorporated 1000 V pump control panels, multi-stage transfer pumps, break tanks, and dedicated generator integration to ensure reliable and efficient water transfer across multiple stages.
The system was engineered with master telemetry panels to manage pump sequencing, monitor flow and tank levels, and provide leak detection between transfer stages. Starlink communications were integrated to enable secure remote monitoring and operational oversight in remote conditions.
By automating pump control, improving visibility of system performance, and reducing the need for onsite intervention, APS Group delivered a reliable and scalable dewatering solution suited to demanding mining environments.
