Project Overview

APS Group delivered two integrated control systems for the Bannock Burn operation in the Goldfields region of Western Australia. System 1 comprised of a soft start pump controller with integrated telemetry connected to the site MIRI network. System 2 consisted of a remote flow monitoring skid featuring multiple flowmeters powered by a solar-fed monitoring panel with battery backup and telemetry. Together, these systems enhanced site visibility, improved operational monitoring, and support reliable performance across remote field infrastructure.

Scope and key achievements

Design, develop and manufacture of a soft start pump controller with MIRI telemetry.
Preparation of electrical schematics to support installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance.
Supply of flowmeters skid powered by a solar panel with integrated battery system.
Deployment of telemetry infrastructure using MIRI radio for reliable remote data communication.

MIRI PLC programming to support control, monitoring, and network integration requirements.
Full electrical and functional testing prior to dispatch to the Bannock Burn operations
Completion of client-witnessed Factory Acceptance Testing to confirm performance readiness.
On-site commissioning support to verify integration and operational continuity.
